Do you handle the whole remodel?
Yes. We frame it, wire it and finish it, and we coordinate the other trades so you have one contractor and one schedule.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured for remodeling and electrical work in Massachusetts. Ask us and we will send the details with your quote.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. We pull the permits and schedule the town inspections, so the work is done to code and signed off.
Do you do the plumbing too?
We coordinate plumbing as part of the job, so you do not have to find and schedule a plumber yourself.
Do you work on Cape Cod and the Islands?
Yes. We remodel homes from Boston and Metrowest down to Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, including seasonal homes.
