Do you handle the whole basement?
Yes. Framing, insulation, electrical, drywall and the finish work, with the other trades coordinated by us.
My basement gets damp. Can it still be finished?
Usually, yes. We look at moisture first and deal with it before any walls go up.
Can you add a bathroom in the basement?
Yes. It is easiest to plan it while the space is still open, so the plumbing and fan go in with the framing.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections, including smoke and CO detection.
